½ oz lime juice
¾ oz cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
1½ oz fresh pineapple juice
1½ oz Green Charteuse
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, add crushed ice and whip shake.
Dump into tall glass, garnish with mint sprigs.
